YabFarm Lodge Rule
(1) Cancellation policy
Please reconfirm YabFarm Lodge cancellation policy in the cite (Airbnb, Booking.com, our homepage, etc.) where you booked.
The policy depends on the cite. For example, in Airbnb,
Short-term stays: Airbnb category (fair)

Up to 30 days before: Full refund

7 to 29 days before: 50% refund

Less than 7 days: No refund

Up to 14 days before and within 48 hours after booking: Full refund
Long-term stay: Airbnb category (strict)

Up to 28 days before and within 48 hours after booking: Full refund

Less than 28 days: Refund excluding accommodation fee for 30 days or the remaining days
We allow NO exceptions against the cancellation due to guests' circumstances.
(2) Photocopy of identification
In accordance with Japanese private lodging laws, we will take photos of all guests' photo identification (passport, residence card, etc.).
If you refuse to be taken the photos, we will not be able to accommodate you and we are required by law to report this to the police.
(3) Late check-in
The check-in time is 16:00PM - 23:00PM.
As an exception, late check-in is available between 23:00PM-0:15AM with a special fee of 2000 yen.
After 0:15AM, you are not be able to check-in for any reason, even if you applied a late check-in. The paid fee is not be refunded. Your host will ask you to cancel your reservation.
(4) Pick-up and drop-off (Free)
We will provide a shuttle service to Shin-Kashiwa Station at check-in (14:00PM - 12:15AM) and check-out (7:00AM - 10:00AM). Drop-off is also possible at Kashiwa Station.
Children under 6 years old need child sheets. Only one child sheet is available with the setup fee, 500 yen.
Please reserve the pick-up in the check-in preparation message on the day before check-in, and the drop-off in the check-out preparation on the day before check-out.
If you wish to be picked up before check-in time (16:00PM), or to be dropped off before check-out time (7:00AM), the shift fee, 1000 yen, will be charged.
If you arrive more than one hour later than the scheduled pick-up time and request a pick-up, the late pick-up fee, 500 yen, will be charged.
(5) Parking
There is no parking lot at the lodge. Because it is a residential area, parking on the street is strictly prohibited. There is an external charged parking lot with 1,000 yen per night. You can take your car in and out from the time of check-in to the time of check-out.
Please make a reservation in the check-in preparation information message sent the day before check-in .
(6) Weekly room cleaning
If you are staying for a week or more, we will clean your room and change your towels and sheets every week with an additional fee of 2,000 yen.
(7) Other charged services

Use of washing machine: 300 yen per use

Use of dryer: 500 yen per use,

Change of towels and bedding sheets: 500 yen,

Futon for infants: 500 yen, etc.
